Couldnt recommend Xact highly enough - Conor discussed the case at length with us and told us who he felt the best lenders would be ahead of applying and within 8 weeks (due to lender queues) we had 2 mortgage offers to choose from. Conor was extremely helpful throughout the processing of arranging a mortgage for me. It was my first time going through the process and he made everything clear and concise and never made me feel like I was asking any silly questions. Both Conor and Diana were very responsive and answered my questions as soon as they were able to. I was always aware of what the next steps would be with an idea of how long it would take. I have recommended Xact to friends, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mortgage.
