PG Estates have looked after my rental property for three years, and thanks to Lissy, Zahra and the team, have dealt with any queries in a timely fashion. Rental payments have always been on time and the standard of tenant have been to a high standard.
Id highly recommend PG Estates for prospective tenants and landlords who require transparency of fees, professionalism and above all else good service and communication.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
PG Estates is the worst agency I ever experienced in London, and I have been renting here since 2008. I flagged the issue with the balcony doors the second day I moved in, and the issue is still not fixed even though the whoe month passed. They also did not provide the right level of cleaning - e.g. the carpets were not cleaned, and keep arguing that the property was cleaned even though the inventory clerk himself noted many issues. The cleaning invoice they provided as a proof was written in Word Doc and did not have any signatures and even the manager name - so pretty dodgy

I am in the process of renting an apartment from PG Estates. We have agreed on everything about 7 weeks ago and since then I have still not received any signed contract! The moving date is supposed to be next week! I have sent them numerous emails to ask about any updates. On some of them they reassured me that everything is going well (but they took no action), on some others they just didn't reply. It's the worst renting experience I ever had so far in London. It's so stressful. I literally don't know if I will have a home next week - while I had an agreement 7 weeks ago. If it wasn't for the

We rented a property in Victoria Chambers with them and I wouldnt recommend at all. There was a major leak in the flat and it wasnt repaired until we gave our leaving notice, 6 months after it happened. There was also a mice problem that wasnt solved either, plus other smaller leaks, mould... Their communication and engagement with the tenant leaves very much to be desired, and no one in the team really cared.
