If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Three months later still havent received our security deposit because we are disputing the charges for preexisting damage that we clearly noted in the move in & in the multiple maintenance requests we had in the 6 months in the property. The fact the landlord is in China should be zero reason for prolonging return of my deposit. It is not your money! Do not work with this company. We had three Kerri g agents during our application process & we would be given no warning at the personnel changes. Absolutely unprofessional
