Daniel Cobb did an excellent job of selling our flat, for a sold price that exceeded the asking price recommended by a couple of their competitors. They kept the process on track in spite of numerous obstacles beyond their control. Often estate agents come with a patina of corporate slime, but Ian Boardman in particular is genuinely engaging and friendly.

We really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Daniel Cobb. They were truly worth their weight in gold at every single stage of the process of selling our flat. We could not be happier with the service we received. At the valuation and marketing stage, they know the local market better than anyone. In addition to this, where they stand head and shoulders above the local competition is in their willingness to listen to what their clients want and deliver on their clients specific priorities; in our case very much at the expense of what would otherwise have been a much quicker

Review of Daniel Cobb Agency, Kennington. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian and his team. They have achieved a challenging sale for us in a difficult market . We asked three local agents to bid for our business. From the first meeting, Ian was thoroughly professional and gave us immediate confidence in his plans for the sale. In any business dealings, one hopes to find steadfast and intelligent people in whom one can trust. Hard to find , but Ian is one of them.
