For tenants, this is a poor value estate agent who will do the bare minimum to maintain a property meanwhile trying to screw you over with absurd costs when you vacate the property.

Had to sack the LDG lettings team this autumn 2020 as they were marketing our flat to rent for over 8 weeks with barely any viewings, feedback or updates. You cant use Covid continually as an excuse if the LDG lettings team never answered my emails or text messages. Very unprofessional and definitely not value for money. I cannot recommend LDG. Bigger is not better. Waste of time.

Of the many, many (many) estate agents with whom I worked while trying find a flat to rent, Emlyn was the kindest and most respectful. He listened to all of my requirements and got a sense for the type of property I wanted, which allowed him to send me listings that I was actually interested in seeing. Not only this, but Emlyn is a really pleasant person to work with. I always looked forward to our viewings, and I cannot recommend Emlyn enough.

Hugely impressed with the service received from both the residential and the commercial team at LDG on behalf of our client. Neil managed to avoid a void period while working around a very difficult vacating tenant and Harrison has been stalwart in his efforts to get the office space rented for us and exceeded the deadline he set himself. I would highly recommend the team if you are looking to rent or buy, their honesty, sagacity and tenacity have made all the difference to our client and to us.

My flat mate and I where finding it difficult to locate a flat that suited us, LDG was a big help in specific, Emlyn was a great help, he arranged house viewings promptly and tended to all our needs with urgency. Would highly recommend LDG to anyone looking for a nice flat in Fitzrovia. Very professional service, with a large set of options for you to choose from.

Harrison at LDG has been absolutely terrific in helping us with our recent London moves. He did a brilliant job in our search for new, larger premises in London, managing all the viewings and taking a very proactive role in guiding us through the contracts phase, keeping all parties (agents, solicitors, landlords etc) fully briefed throughout. We've now signed up and are really looking forward to moving in, once our fit-out work is complete. Harrison was also tasked with finding new tenants to take over our smaller office, and again, he managed the whole process superbly. He's an absolute pleasure
