James has worked at all levels in the company since 2001. Having previously specialised in advocating for residential tenants welfare rights, James is now predominantly involved in our agricultural, minerals and energy portfolio whilst retaining a mentoring function for the senior management team. She has 27 years experience as a property developer, project manager, and all aspects of property building & construction, and onsite management.
