Well impressed with the service! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I required an official house / building report. A young lady came at precisely 10am as scheduled; she adhered to all covid regulations, was very professional and courteous. I required the report on the same day... and NS Estates managed to get it completed by late afternoon; though their normal policy would be to provide it for the following day.

Nasai and the team at NS Estates have got to be one of the best teams in estate agency and property we have ever dealt with. Communication is outstanding and they are always there whenever you need something. We were let down by another agent in the area and since NS estates took over it has been a great experience all round. We have properties throughout the UK so were hard to please lol but they passed the test. Highly recommend to anyone considering using their services.

Photos good and price fair.The first day I had a family view it who offered me a ridiculous below market offer, the next day they increased the offer slightly which I refused.That day a person came to my door to enquirer about it they had been told it was sold .I should have complained about the agent but would not recommend them to anyone.
