We bought our house through James Winn a couple of years ago and they were so helpful and patient and professional. We decided that when the time came to sell the only estate agents in town to use was James Winn. They are truly professional, efficient and friendly. They sorted out all of the viewings but also made us aware when they would take place so we could leave them to it. The brochure created to sell the house was brilliant and made the house look absolutely beautiful. Our house sold in 2 weeks and I honestly think this was down to their professional input and ensuring that right buyers

We purchased a property through James Winn. Right from the outset they were helpful, responsive and did what they said they would. Our vendor's solicitors were less than helpful, and in particular Amanda spent a lot of time chasing them.
Whilst Amanda did most of the heavy lifting, when she wasn't there the other members of the team stepped in quickly and efficiently. Thanks Amanda and team.
