We've come a long way since director Raffaele Russo started letting and managing properties from his Loughborough University bedroom! Always a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, Raffaele opened our first office in 2008 with great ambitions for the business. Since then, we've grown significantly, we now have over 3,000 tenants living with us and we manage over 1,000 properties across Loughborough, Hull, Nottingham & Leicester.
We remain a step ahead of our competitors in our belief in constantly improving and pushing the standard of student accommodation. We place great emphasis on customer service, making sure you, as tenants, feel truly at home. I had a great experience from start to finish with loc8me. Sophie was extremely helpful, I had never rented before and she took the time to explain the process and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything.

We are a newly formed registered trust raising money on an annual basis for our chosen charity MIND and other local charities within our community cities. We are established for charitable purposes only, so all our money raised is given to the specified charities. These charities are very close to our hearts.
