Since 2011 Plymouth Performance Gym has been at the forefront of Physical Development in the South West. in 2017 we decided to completely change up the way we do things. We've moved to new premises and focused all of our attention on developing a training environment which provides unparalleled results for our clients.

If you choose to come and work with us you will quickly see that we are not your average "personal trainers". Our coaches have studied our craft and developed our highly effective training system through countless hours of research and practical application, working with people of every shape, size and fitness level.

Combat Sports

Strength and Conditioning for combat sports presents an array of issues which many athletes struggle to balance, in fact in our experience many coaches often find it impossible to get it right! When you join the PPG combat sports program we take care of everything leaving you to focus 100% on getting better at the technical aspects of your sport.
Team Sports

Sports such as Rugby, Football, Basketball and Hockey require a combination physical attributes. Agility, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, speed, power and strength are all requirements. Whatever your starting point a properly planned and executed strength and conditioning program such as ours can develop all of these qualities allowing you to maximise your potential on the pitch.
