The Osteopath
I received my Master of Osteopathy degree from the British School of Osteopathy in 2011 and I also hold a diploma in sports massage. I firmly believe healthcare should be about the whole person and therefore I take a holistic approach when dealing with my clients.

This accords with the fundamental approach of osteopathy which seeks to diagnose the cause of pain through analysis of a person's entire body and lifestyle, not just an isolated symptom.I am a skilled structural osteopath who uses a variety of techniques which are tailored to each client's particular needs, including functional and visceral techniques.
Services
Osteopathy
Report
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.
What should I wear? As with any medical examination, to facilitate a full examination of the spine or problem area you will probably be asked to undress to your underwear, so please wear something you are comfortable in. If you feel more comfortable in a T-shirt and shorts, there are changing facilities available.
Pregnancy
Report
Being in pain can sap the joy from your pregnancy and no woman should have to endure unnecessary discomfort. Having a baby can be one of the most momentous and beautiful occasions in your life, however your body undergoes significant changes to accommodate the approximately 20lbs extra weight of your baby and the fluid around it.
Sports Massage
Report
Sports massage is a form of massage specifically targeted at the manipulation of soft tissues in anyone participating in regular physical activity, be it on a professional level or just for personal fitness. These soft tissues include muscle, ligaments, tendons, skin and fascia - basically anything that has not hardened into bone and cartilage.
