We bought a house being sold through Bruce Mather. Buying a house is a stressful time to say the least. Not with these people on your side. The professionalism and diligence of Marianne and Sandy was extraordinary. Regularly updating us, chasing solicitors and other estate agents on our behalf made it as smooth as possible.Nothing was too much trouble. Well done!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
Trying to buy a property, paid for searches etc.... and Bruce Mather told the seller to put the house back on the market (at a higher price than we were paying.) The next day it was sold to someone else. We are now out of pocket because of what feels like, dodgy, underhanded behavour of both Bruce Mather and the client. We have 4 children, who have been very upset through the loss of the family home that we were so desperate to move into. I will avoid any house being sold by Bruce Mather!!!
*** In response, no deadlines were given to us. My husband NEVER said

I highly recommend Bruce Mather Estate Agents in Boston and if you can, get Marianne looking after you. Not only did they find a buyer, they kept me informed throughout the process, something my solicitors did not do. When things looked like they might go wrong, Marianne was on the case and chased things through. I could go and on her so suffice it to say, a 5-star service was expected and delivered.
