Educated in Peterborough, Paul began his career in estate agency in the area in 1985. He has worked for local, independent agents, as well as high profile nationwide chains, before being promoted to Partner at Carter Jonas, a leading national agent, in 2004. In 2012, Paul joined forces with Nick Rickett to create Norton Rickett, with a head office just outside Stamford.
