Very unprofessionals and racist. I was told they dont rent to Nigerians and Indians. They also lie that a place has already been reserved if they release you are black. Very unprofessional, you can hear the other staff laughing in the background too. Dont even bother ringing they are time wasters and rude. They also do not have any GDPR training and any information you give them is exposed to the world. This is also the first time I am EVER leaving a google review. So this shows their incompetence

Worst Company I ever came across. Just knows to do business. The management head Abid hussain dosen't even knows to talk to a person properly. Bad at customer care service. Sabiha who is the branch head also talks rudely and in a bad way at guiding. We have been renting houses in Bradford since long time and this is the worst agency you will come across. I suggest you guys to stay away from these fraudsters who dosen't care about you or your money.

I rented my property with Smart Move Properties and I am very satisfied. They have list of nice properties and reasonable prices. I did not faced any difficulties and they are very responsive. When I have any issues in the flat they are sending contractors straight away. I will be using Smart Property until I buy my own place
