Stop selling rotten meat, especially Oxtail. Black people should definitely avoid this meat shop, I get the impression that black people gets below par service in this establishment. I bought some oxtail there a couple of weeks ago, got home and realised that the Oxtail stank, meaning it was spoiled. They were already closed so I called them the following morning, they told me to bring it back. When I got there, 4 aggressive white men smelt the meat and told me that there was nothing wrong with it and It. Said they couldn't give me a refund and that they'd serve it to their own kids. I said ok

We had our first visit to this butcher, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The service was unfriendly and the meat was expensive. On top of that, when we opened the chicken to cook it, well within the use by date, it was rotten!! We had to throw it all away. (And air the kitchen)

I found a leg of lamb elsewhere in the end. So you didnt have to mansplain Christmas to me, nor did you have to try to upsell what you had left as though it was my only option. In the end I found a leg AND the same cut you offered me but for half the price. Cheers again but next time I probably wont bother.
