We would highly recommend Thomas Jackson, having purchased a property through their Cliftonville Branch, there were a few issues along the way that could not have been predicted and not within Thomas Jackson or our own control. It helped to have Darren, Ellie, Sam and Alex at the end of the phone to assist every step of the way in what was one of the most stressful periods in our lives, they dealt with the situation with upmost professionalism and at the same time were so friendly and approachable, we would not hesitate to contact them if we decide to move again in the future.

This is our fourth time with Samantha, Alex, Darren and the team. Buying and selling during Covid and stamp duty holiday has been difficult with longer waiting times with solicitors due to the sheer amount of transactions during this period. As ever, Samantha remained professional keeping everything together and without her on the case, things would have fallen through. She worked extremely hard to keep both seller and buyer calm and to liaise with other parts of the chain. Alex and Darren were kind and helpful and managed to clinch a good price on our sale and were always responsive and helpful
