Great agency, Alice and Loyd were always available to discuss any issues I had. When something went wrong, it was fixed immediately. When my exchange happened before my tenancy agreement ended, they went out of their way to get a new tenant in place to take over my obligations. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Alice and Lloyd have done an excellent job. They have made our move easy and have kept us informed every step of the way. Alice even ordered my parking permit to make moving day easier so we didn't have to worry about parking fines. Lloyd was always there before us on the viewings and was very professional and helpful.
