Took my car for an MOT, when I came back as told of lots of work required and my car is only 5 years old. One item was a ball joint which was replaced the year before. The garage said it would be around 455 to deal with suspension issues and other items. I then took my car back to the main nissan to dealer in Exeter, they only found one issue..!!! Whe.n I was uized them they said"whom ever as looked at this car obviously was not looking at this car? Basically be a load of rubbish by AMS. Advice stay well clear, untrustworthy, trying to to make a quick buck..

Booked an appointment online for a tyre replacement. I was sent a confirmation email with a time slot shortly afterwards. When I arrived, the garage was completely closed (assumedly for bank holiday) and no one was picking up the phone. I understand bank holiday affects hours but the website has no mention of being closed bank holidays, and their system should not allow for bookings if they are actually closed.
