Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy service addresses musculoskeletal injuries through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans. Using manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based interventions, we treat conditions like back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries. The 30-minute sessions focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future complications through patient-specific rehabilitation programmes.
Shockwave Therapy
This advanced treatment accelerates healing for chronic musculoskeletal conditions using high-energy acoustic waves. Effective for plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and tendon pain, sessions last 5-10 minutes with 6-8 treatments typically recommended. Clinical evidence shows 77-90% improvement rates, with effects often noticeable after four sessions through enhanced blood circulation and tissue regeneration.
Dry Needling
Targeting trigger points in muscles, dry needling uses fine needles to relieve pain and improve mobility. This Western medical technique differs from acupuncture by focusing on neuromuscular dysfunction. It reduces muscle tension, improves range of motion, and forms part of a comprehensive treatment plan for conditions causing referred pain patterns.
Sports Therapy
Specialised rehabilitation for sports-related injuries combines manual therapy with progressive exercise programmes. The 30-minute sessions address acute injuries and chronic conditions through functional assessments, soft tissue work, and sport-specific recovery strategies. Treatment integrates evidence-based modalities to optimise athletic performance and prevent re-injury.
Acupuncture
AACP-registered practitioners use traditional acupuncture techniques to manage pain and stress-related conditions. Fine needles stimulate specific points to alleviate symptoms of headaches, migraines, and musculoskeletal pain. This complementary approach enhances conventional physiotherapy by promoting natural pain relief and reducing muscle spasms through neurophysiological mechanisms.

Friend suggested I try this place after very little succes with other practices and the NHS in the area. I was seen promptly, very impressed with the skill and professionalism of all the staff. Clever bit of kit which fired a shock wave at my scarred and knackered hamstring. 4sessions and a bit of input from the sports massage therapist and im running again. Would highly recommend this place, its not expensive, you can park outside and the people are friendly and helpful
