After originally speaking to Ed about help with getting a mortgage and being self employed, we decided to use Ed going forward to help us getting our mortgage. He was always checking in on us and giving us updates which was very well received, any questions we had he always got back to us very quickly. I am a first time buyer with no previous mortgage knowledge. No challenge is too hard for Ed, we couldnt praise him any more. He not only managed to get us an actual mortgage (during a time when other brokers actually laughed at us), but he also got us a great rate. To give a bit of background, my partner had just trained a teacher and wasnt starting his actual first job until 4/5 months later. The process was smooth and if we ever move again we will certainly be using him again in the future. Cheers
