Total shambles - ordered online and received an order confirmation with a PDF invoice and order number. When I enquired where my order was I was told there was no record of my order and the guy I needed to speak to had knocked off early.

By selling a higher quality product, ethically sourced with minimum food miles. Buy British (bet you did when you were a traditional butcher which is what you are now claiming to be)

Disappointing to see so much imported meat that is readily available from British producers. We are supposed to be reducing food miles and green house gases yet companies like this think it’s fine to ship food around the world when it’s already on your door step.
