Unprofessional. I confirmed hire of equipment & dates over the phone and was told thats all booked in
I then emailed and called 18 times for reconfirmation and to make payment. I was constantly told someone would get back to me and they never did.
Frustrated with their flakiness I hired my equipment with another company. Even on the day of my event, no one at Heathrow Sound Hire called me. If youve got an important event and need someone reliable - use a different hire company.

A fantastic firm . It was a pleasure to deal with them from the very beginning. Extremely efficient in responding to queries , and in delivery and collection. Excellent quality products which they supplied at a cost significantly lower than any other firm that had similar products. Their uplighters made an incredible difference to an event we were hosting in a huge venue and everyone loved them . We will definitely use the firm again.
