Completely dishonest company, their Profoto bias is a huge con. The units are utterly unreliable with only a select few repairers ready to fit the over priced spares. Buy Bron and pay once, but Profoto and spend the time regretting it

Very pal'y when you splash money around but as soon as a product is faulty they dump you, such a quick turn. They you'll see their mean side, which considering that they make a huge amount of money of hard working photographers, is utterly shameful of them. Don't buy kit from them, as they don't honour trading regulations
ps, I'm noticing a few employees names on these reviews, no surprise there

Amazing team of honest workers. I had an issue with a light and within an hour of calling I was at their workshop. They are really friendly and really easy to find and park. They saved me 300 on a new light by fixing it for me. I can highly recommend.

Max was fantastic in dealing with my Profoto B10 plus, which I was ready to pay labour and parts for, but he gave me a kind call to say it was under warranty and shipping to a preferred address was also free! Very happy with the result, professionalism and turnaround time, considering it is currently coronavirus times. I have my light back for very important upcoming shoots, so I highly recommend this service for speed, professionalism and high level of customer care.
