Basis Lighting go above and beyond with their efficient, exceptional and professional service. I work for a renowned Royal portrait artist so the lighting at his exhibitions and unveiling events has to be perfect. Basis Lighting have never let us down and always strive for and achieve perfection.

I'm very happy with the customer service they gave me. After a window installation at our shop, a few lights from Basis Lighting Ltd weren't turning on. Instead of replacing them, they offered to give me remote assistance via FaceTime the following day and their technician was very helpful showing me how to make the lights work again. Great and quick customer service, highly recommended.

Dont buy from these guys their customer service is awful and upon returning faulty goods they will retain 25% claiming they are not faulty but from anywhere else
