Poor customer service and extremly rude staff, product of a poor quality and no one would advise me on advice, sent several emails of commplaint but incorrect email details given, ? i wonder why... dont purchase anything from these cowboys......

Bought some wall lights, panels and chandeliers, they have all lasted a long time and look really nice. The showroom offers an excellent variety of lights and the website was friendly to navigate.

Avoid!! Live 3 miles from shop, ordered 4 lightbulbs... one week later still not arrived called shop, left on hold for 6 minutes while they checked order then told they were lost in the post but they now have no more stock of the bulbs! Details will have to go to head office to issue a refund! Scandalous, I do not believe these bulbs were ever dispatched as I asked for proof and this was refused. No apologies at all. Don't waste you're time . Wouldn't give any star rating but forced to do at least one
