Animal care is a very personal business and client relationships are important to us. We have a lot of talent under one roof at our Coalville vet animal surgery - so meet the team and see what makes us tick. Raised on the family farm in Northern Ireland, Diane grew up with a love of all animals.
After qualifying from Edinburgh University's Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 1989, she worked in practices in Cheshire, Staffordshire and Berkshire before joining Cockburn Veterinary Group in 1995, becoming a partner in 1999.

I truly do not know where to start. We have been with Cockburns with our family dog for over 15yrs and everybody at the practise we’re amazing throughout our dogs later life. We now have a new puppy and yet again they have been more than accommodating, they are available at any moment of any day and every single person truly makes you feel like your pet is safe and loved. I cannot recommend enough, I feel very comfortable and trust everyone completely.

1 star is generous, I would give them a minus rating if only it was possible. Where to start? We went to Cockburns last year after our 1 y/o dog started to bloat with water on her abdomen. We were referred to Willows in Solihull in January (all privately funded) and in doing so, we were assured that Cockburns would remain in contact with Willows in order to provide the very best care. Our dog was diagnosed with a rare gastrointestinal condition and we were told that she needed to undergo a drugs trial. Throughout the whole trial, Cockburns continually made it their priority to remind me that my

Can’t thank Nadine and Diane enough for their care, compassion and being super talented vets On Saturday morning our puppy fell seriously ill we rushed her into Cockburns, she was so poorly she had chest… X-rays and it was diagnosed she had pneumonia, I was totally heartbroken, they told me that due to how ill Annie was that she probably wouldn’t make it over the weekend, they gave me lots of medications and on Monday Annie went to see Diane she had made a huge improvement and today she went to see Nadine who just said she is a miracle, she’s not out of the woods yet but

Have always taken my cat there and always been happy with the care. of late have had to take her alot over the last week with health problems and they have been great. Even today with the tough decision to have her put to sleep, being able to be with her and have time with her was lovely. Claudia was great, very caring. Would highly recommend to any pet owner. Having just changed to this veterinary group from another one ,which was far more expensive and a larger group ,I can’t believe the different care I myself get and my dogs .The vets are very careingto the animals and to myself each time I have had to take them down very kind and friendly vets also very very clean inside 👍👍

Although it is my place of work I own pets who need treatment at times. I have had both of my dogs in within the last 6 weeks, one for a Dental and a lump removal and the other one for tummy problems, he was quite poorly with pancreatic problems. I am very thankful for the treatment given to both my dogs from the amazing vets and nurses. Yes we are as nervous when our pets are poorly too. 🐾🐾I am so very grateful and a massive thank you to you all x
