Meadow Lane Veterinary Centre (MLVC) is based in Loughborough and was founded in the 1870s, making it one of the longest established veterinary practices in the country. Originally a large animal/equine practice, MLVC is now dedicated to small animal and exotic medicine. We provide a total health care package for pets and exotic animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits and reptiles.
Our modern and well-equipped premises include: on-site parking, a pleasant reception area, modern consulting rooms, diagnostic facilities (x-ray, ultrasound, microscopy and laboratory functions), surgical areas and kennels. Our highly qualified and experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing a professional and friendly service to all our patients and their owners.

Meadow Lane Veterinary Centre was founded in the 1870s, making it one of the oldest veterinary practices in Leicestershire, if not England. In common with veterinary practices of that era, MLVC (although not known by that name at the time) was exclusively a large animal and equine practice serving the local farming and horse community.
