Found a lady who was assaulted and had no face to go.. lady in the reception helped us find a place as the hotel was fully booked.. even rang the other hotel and booked it for her.. wow she was an angel. Young girl with glasses at the reception at around 11pm.

Lovely family run hotel with friendly very helpful staff. We chose a small double room on the top floor, single glazed and a bit chilly. Nice comfy bed, ensuite with a bath. Good views across Liversedge. A hearty breakfast, lovely dinner menu.
(Advise you not to stay on a Friday or Saturday night in the run up to Christmas as they cater for large parties! I used earplugs to get to sleep!)
Definitely highly recommended if you want somewhere in the Spen Valley!

Only here for a brief visit today, for a funeral wake but I have never had such lovely sandwiches! Beautiful soft brown and white bread with a range of fillings eg home cooked ham, beef, tuna, egg. Took some home with me and the rest of the family agreed! Also lovely savoury pastries and fresh scones. It looked a simple spread but was done so well. Staff were polite and friendly too. Well done!

Went to a friend's party on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, the food good and it all went very well. The only issue we had was parking the car as space around the hotel is somewhat limited. Happy to recommend Healds Hall.

Perfect day. Had a family gathering for Sunday afternoon. Food was excellent, best roast meal I have had out. Service friendly and fast. Can't recommend high enough.

Warm and welcoming greeting from the staff . The restaurant felt warm , stylish and comfortable. We read our menu while eating the most fabulous tasting bread . We all enjoyed our meal and I would say my feather blade of beef was just delicious. See photo
