Caroline rings members of your family asking them for rent when there not down as a guarantor, when rent is not due ,also lies and says she doesn't receive rent .also deposited my deposit late and trying to blame the deposit scheme for it no if I don't ask you about it it would not have been deposited how ever I have got legal advice over this ! And you have already been taken to court By another tenant that loved in one of you propertys for 8 years and the court found you Caroline had said they owed you rent so you was asked to give evidence as did the other family and they had paid all rent

Yasmin & Caroline are remarkably helpful and have made my stay so far so welcoming and any bureacracy effortless, correspondence from Letsand is always warm and helpful. The properties are well kept and the fellow tenants considerate and friendly. I very much look forward to the remainder of my tenancy.
