I was lucky to have landed with the best agent Katie at MRC who helped massively throughout the whole process. From the very beginning Katie was very professional, kind and friendly I felt very comfortable and was able to ask all questions I had big or small. The whole process was very straightforward She was amazing!
Would 100% recommend.

We have rented with MRC for 12 years in which we have occupied two properties.
It has been a good and reassuring experience throughout.
Any enquiry we had were dealt with and handled to a high standard. MRC carry out 6 monthly inspections which are handy when you have any issues. I have give permission for MRC to enter the property when we're unavailable to be present and this has been reassuring for us due to the level of trust we have between agency and tenant. This being said, it is the main reason for the 5 star review.
Contractors who work for MRC have completed jobs to a high standard. (Plumbers & carpet man).
Thank you for the service you have provided and it has been a pleasure to raise our family in the property. As we leave rental life and begin a mortgage one, I am happy to not have to do a quick clean up before the inspections , despite this, the inspections have always felt like a friend coming round.

I have been very impressed with the service. The staff are really helpful & friendly. They responded to any query quickly & effectively. I sold my property within a day of it being on the market. Jo did a great job taking the photos & it was all completed within the 12 week timeframe they had given. It was great value for the money. I will definitely be using them again soon when I purchase my next property. I highly recommend.
