I was meant to be renting with Ultralets from August, for 6 months. Just 1 week into my tenancy, my room became infested with rats (I do not keep any food or anything edible at all in my room). I informed Ultralets, and it took them a further 2 days to sort out installing rat traps (which meant I slept in my car for 2 days). The rat trap caught the rodent, but a few days later, the rats were back in my room (pic attached), this time avoiding the traps! I informed Ultralets and asked them to end my contract.
