If you are moving in to a property it is a contractual obligation to have made payment for rent prior to keys being collected. I would like to hear more - please sign me up to receive emails about new products and services, offers, events and exciting news! We have the facility to take payments over the phone however this is subject to a minimum transaction value of 500.00.

It typically takes 15 minutes to complete your application. We aim to give you a response to your application within 5 working days but this can sometimes take longer. Firstly, we need some information about the lead applicant. If you would like more than one person on the tenancy we can collect their details at a later stage.
