Positive:Professionalism
Excellent bamboo massage from Hayley, I was blown away! I loved the RG restaurant dinner, the waitress brogan was so attentive and professional. Quick praise to Jennifer who was helped me with my booking package for 30 mins over phone, she was patient and so helpful! Overall excellent hotel and spa, will be visiting again soon.

Cant comment on how the hotel and spa is exactly but I purchased a spa voucher online to use. Even though I got the email confirmation, the spa reception had no records of my booking and when I try to phone up every time (which was a lot over several days) plus emails, they NEVER ANSWER! Like ever!! Its extremely unreassuring and for this reason I would highly recommend you dont book or buy anything with this hotel as there is never an answer from their phone lines. You wont receive emails back either. I tried 3 times.

Had a day at the spa with my wife,
I must say very professional and greeted well.
Shown around by the friendly staffand the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing.
Had my massage at 17:15 with Sophie M i must say i am very impressed coming from other spa experiences i had before this is probably my best one. Thank you again and we shall be returning again.
