My experience with this company was absolutely shocking and I consider barely legal, my experience also reflects that of previous negative reviews regarding retaining deposit on drummed up cleaning requirements. I rented a flat which clearly hadn't been invested in and was dirty and full of rubbish prior to my entering. On exiting the flat I left it in a better condition then I received it. After I vacated the flat I was informed that most of my deposit would be held for 'cleaning'. When I contested the cost of the cleaning mysteriously went up. Very unsavory. I got my deposit back through the
