Earlier in the day my parents called to arrange a booking on behalf of me due to taking my daughter to a class and not wanting to miss out on a viewing . They were informed the keys weren't ready and to call Monday as they hoped to have them then. I called later in the afternoon to also confirm this. I was informed there were several bookings who were cash buyers, renting or sold their properties.

I have experienced buying 4 houses all from different estate agents I can honestly say Home estate agents have been the most professional Iv dealt with.

Rob and Ash were incredibly helpful and honest all the way through the process. Even though it took us 9 months, they kept me up to date regularly all the way through - especially as being a first time buyer it can be incredibly daunting & confusing. I would recommend using home estate agents to anyone looking high quality, expert service!
