I learnt about this AMAZING hairdressers from a friend over 3 years ago when I wanted to grow out my dark hair, through many years of dyeing, and revert to my natural colour which turned put to be fully grey. I felt completely at ease as they took me on a journey to vanquish the dyed colour over a period of 1 1/2 years. They are awesome and even though im not local to Hayling Island my complete trust is with my stylist who never disappoints- shout out to Michelle. I cannot recommend this salon enough - great location, friendly and knowledgeable team and so covid safe. I would not go anywhere else

Having lived on Hayling Island for six years, I first continued to go to my old hairdresser. Then one day Yellow Strawberry was recommended to me and I haven't looked back. I am extremely fussy about my highlights, only wanting the finest, almost invisible streaks, and that has been achieved every time.
Also, having very straight hair that has a will of its own, it is important to me to have a hairdresser who not only cuts well, but also looks at the way my hair grows and works with that.
Finally, the whole team, including the youngsters, are a cheerful bunch and it is a delight to visit the

I have been a client at Yellow Strawberry for more than 30 years, it is a very professional salon, it is also very relaxed and friendly. You are made to feel special from the minute you step into the salon. Although the salon has every possible measure in place to ensure both clients and the staff are as safe as possible from the current virus it is still very inviting and relaxed. I have at one time or other had every stylist deal with my hair.... all are very experienced and full of ideas if you need a change. If your looking for a change of hairdresser I would highly recommend you give Yellow

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been a client at Yellow Strawberry for over 10 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! The salon is friendly and welcoming, and the stylists are warm and extremely knowledgeable. My hair has had a lot of colour processes over the years and each and every time the stylists have always talked me through the process, what will and won't work, and how best to take care of my hair. I have never left the salon without a huge smile on my face and look forward to every appointment. Well done Michelle and the Strawberries!

I've been using Yellow Strawberry for over 15yrs, and I love the place and I love the team. They know me so well that they decide my hair cut and colour - why wouldn't I use their knowledge and skill to give me a hair cut that I love but would never know how to describe (even if I knew it existed)??? I introduced my daughter and she has also had amazing cut and colours. I also love the feel of the place, the team are warm and inviting and I have never had the negative vibes walking in that I've experienced in previous places.
