Do you require patch tests before appointments?
Yes, all new clients need a patch test 48 hours prior to colour services. Existing clients require testing if it's been 6+ months since their last colour treatment.
What's your cancellation policy?
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge, while those within 48 hours could require a full deposit payment for future bookings.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we exclusively use Davines' sustainable range, which prioritises eco-conscious production methods and biodegradable ingredients while maintaining professional performance standards.
Can I book appointments online?
While our website currently directs to phone bookings, we're implementing online scheduling. Please call 023 9217 7200 to book appointments or enquire about future digital booking options.
Do you offer children's haircuts?
Yes, we provide children's cuts for ages 0-11 at reduced rates. Appointments are available Tuesday-Thursday for younger children and with specific stylists for older children.

You are greeted with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door, and after an initial consultation with Natalie, who gave me confidence that she understood what I wanted, I was not disappointed by the time Julia had finished my colour and cut. Thank you Julia
The Salon has a lovely warm friendly atmosphere
and being served good coffee was a very welcome bonus. A classy Salon with friendly prices!
