Only writing this after a year due to no longer being a ***** about it.
70 odd for a single bleach, and dye on short hair. People are great, custom is great, hair service was abysmal.
Patchy bleaching, you couldn't find one lock of hair the same "blonde" as any other lock of hair. Infact to call it blonde is giving you a major benefit of the doubt.
Adamant they used their own dye, which proceeded to wash out within 4 washes while using a shampoo specifically made to keep the colour. Either you thought you'd get away with messing me around or you gave a trainee a much too hard job. Not to
