I wanted to buy a flat and got in touch with Kit through recommendation. Kit highlighted the risks of buying this property as it was above commercial units. I thought it was a bargain, until the issues with it were brought to my attention. This property probably won't see any capital gains either and may loose money in long run due to high interest rates. Although I did not go ahead with this property, but will definitely be taking Kit's service again when I buy my next property. Highly recommend as Kit is very knowledgeable and can give advice on things which can save you loosing money long term
