Dealt with kingdom for initial mortgage and went smoothly. Recently did a remortgage with them and had some unexpected fees which I would have hoped would have been explained in the beginning or told how to find out how to find out if fees apply and at least obtain a redemption at outset not find out later we didnt have enough to redeem using the cover the amount of mortgage amount we applied for. Had trouble getting thorough sometimes too but overall apart from above, happy with recommendation and saves money in long run on new rate

As first time buyers, the process of buying a house can feel very daunting and a bit of a mystery at times! Russell and Aimee were fantastic at explaining everything (sometimes twice!), and answering all our questions.
