Had an appointment today, 30mins late being called in. Dr. Bawa told me she could only look at one of the 2 relatively minor issues I went in for. Basically told me there was nothing wrong (I sympathise with her 2 Medical Students). She has since sent me a text to make an appointment to check for Diabetes? Should she not have mentioned that whilst I was there? Also, would it not make more sense for her to have dealt with both issues as opposed to me having to make 2 appointments? I will be changing my Doctors as Jubilee have rapidly gone downhill.

The customer service of this practice has worsened drastically over the last 6 months. Left on hold for 25 minutes. Not able to actually see a doctor unless you complain. Which I did. I still waited 10 days for an appointment. Then I get a prescription that has 1 thing missing

Trying to get to see a doctorI is very very difficult..The appointment system doesn't seem fit for purpose,.fingers crossed I don't become ill again and have to use this facility...I would be genuinely concerned about that prospect.....totally UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Appalling, missed a phone call at 8.05, rang back as soon as I realized.

Very hard to get appointments , phones always off the hook. its like you are begging to be seen . COVID 19 takes ages to be vaccinated compared to NHS direct a lot quicker. In UK a doctor is a doctor but the services counts and at jubilee they dont have that anymore .
