Jodie, a trainee from this firm represented our house buyers. I have honestly never experienced such profound incompetence. I appreciate shes a trainee but would suggest further training is urgently needed before shes let loose on real life house sales. She didnt have a clue what she was doing, from requesting documents that were totally irrelevant to our sale to breaking gdpr, to holding up the sale with ridiculous questions, the lack of professionalism and utter cluelessness was honestly impressive. The chain nearly collapsed multiple times thanks to the wonderful Jodie and even on completion

Sharon and the Connolleys team provided a very good service when assisting my property purchase. They had to liaise with our Scottish solicitor, and this was done seamlessly. They also had to assist with several queries in respect of our new-build acquisition, and this was executed efficiently. All of this was completed remotely but their responses were always immediate, certainly timely. And we even had the occasional giggle at some of the Covid madness - no charge for that ! Thank you team.

Sharon and her team helped us navigate our house move during the difficult lockdown period of 2020. Whilst most businesses were closed, they kept in contact with us and kept the process moving forwards. They were highly professional in all of our dealings with them, and whilst no move is ever stress free, our stress levels were reduced because of their help, and we are now successfully based at our new home. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to use them again.
