If I could I would not even give them 1 star. They are so unprofessional, the director himself is rude. They witness documents without meeting client which is very dodgy. Only money making, highly unprofessional, would not recommended! Stay away!

Called Bassin regarding certification of documents asked if we were required to book in and they said no, when we arrived they said they were too busy and asked us to come back in half an hour talking in to consideration we went after work and it was already close to closing time. The staff were incredibly rude and we were spoken to through a hatch the place offs locked up like fort knox and seems very hostile upon entry. We returned and were told that the prices quoted to us on the phone was wrong and that it would in fact be 10 more than what we were quoted. They didnt give us all of the
