I have used ESN in two house sales now. Both occasions I was represented by Stephen Johnson. I have used several solicitors in the past and I can honestly say that I have never received such care and professionalism as I did off Stephen. His diligence is unrivalled, especially in my case as I had a sub prime property sale (Leasehold Sale + Covid). He never gave up or lost interest even though at times, things were slowed right down beyond our control. Stephen was relentless in fighting for responses from all parties involved during both of my sales. He would always relay any updates back to me
