Saw Remi for my wax and she was so welcoming. Given that I'm a big woman and was slightly nervous, I was not once made to feel uncomfortable, if anything else the total opposite! I will definitely 100% be returning. Great service A*.

Always efficient and friendly service, I can turn up and be confident that any member of staff I see is highly trained at their work. Recently I had a back and neck massage from Remi, I had pulled my neck the previous week and it made a world of difference- completely took away my pain.

Would avoid this place if I were you.. I was told even though I am exempt from face coverings I would have to wear their visor if another client was uncomfortable. Also said that I would have to show proof of medical exemption that covered masks and visors. Did not respond anymore positive when I explained they cant legally request these things! In fact said it was probably for the best when I said I was taking my business elsewhere!!!

I had a hollywood wax here and was really expecting it to be painful as at previous places, it has been. I was very surprised. I felt comfortable and the process was over within 5 minutes. Definitely coming back as value for money, great results and friendly staff. Thank you!
