What locations does Fella operate in?
We have three locations: Soho (London), Canterbury, and Folkestone. Each barbershop offers our full range of grooming services with location-specific operating hours.
Do you offer children's haircut services?
Yes, all locations provide children's haircut services starting from £18. Our experienced barbers create a comfortable environment for younger clients while maintaining high styling standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments. Payment is required at the time of booking for all online appointments across our Soho, Canterbury, and Folkestone locations.
Can I purchase products online?

Do you have evening appointments available?
Soho and Canterbury locations offer evening appointments until 7pm on weekdays. Folkestone maintains standard hours with last appointments taken at 6pm Monday-Wednesday and 7pm Thursday-Friday.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee to cover reserved time and resources.

New to Canterbury and in need of a trim happened to wonder past Fella, seeing an open chair I called in. I was immediately greeted with fantastic dance music and a warm welcome 🤗
In my naïveté I didn’t know an appointment was required, yet the team soon accommodated my appearance in more than one way, I was soon seated with Nicky who freshened up barnet a treat. All the time enjoying the open banter and camaraderie among the Fella crew! Hope that you guys enjoy the launch event at your new London salon and I will definitely be back 👊

Sam's by barber in Fella (have had Hollie before and she's great too, they all are). Always really pleased with it and love having a chat with everyone inside, even other customers sometimes. Would recommend anyone goes there, they make everyone feel really welcome

I've been to Fella already a few times. The staff is really friendly and very professional. I've got my hair cut by Angel and also by Nicky. Both did a great job and I was very happy with the results. In Covid times everyone was wearing a mask.

The best barber in Canterbury or maybe even in Kent!!!! They know what they are doing!!! Very friendly team with a lot of fresh idea. Exactly what I was looking for. Extremely high service but for very reasonable price
