Have been here a few times now for both nails and eyebrows. It is always such a lovely, friendly and homely atmosphere, really quirky little place! The staff are so kind and personable, and always take their time - I have never felt they were rushing. Quality of service is great and I have been really pleased with the results every time.

Went for the first time on Saturday, and was met with Jess who made me feel very welcome and comfortable, I even got a lovely cup of coffee thrown in!, Jess was so professional and friendly and it didn't feel rushed at all , loved my pedicure and manicure ,very relaxing and love the colour of my nails! felt very pampered Will definitely be back!,

Was bought a gift voucher but unfortunately due to working long hours and moving house they were forgotten about for a few months. I attempted to use messenger on which they are active to make an appointment but never received a response. Finally, now the pandemic is over, I messaged again about using the vouchers and was told they were expired (quick response after none for booking). There was/is no expiry date on the vouchers themselves, and no mention on the website, and despite losing a year to the pandemic they won't honour it. Rose is just the best at threading. I live in Scotland but always make sure I visit Rose when in Canterbury visiting. I have tried others but they are not a patch on Rose. She really takes her time and makes you really welcome. Lovely, clean salon and a great atmosphere.

My friends purchased me a gift voucher in March but due to the pandemic I was obviously not able to go in and receive the treatment. I have since moved away from Canterbury so I called up asking for a refund with my friend who purchased the vouchers. The response was completely unprofessional and rude as well insulting as a customer. They did not even attempt to mute the phone call while the boss was being rude on the other end. She refused to give a refund since apparently a global pandemic is not a reason for an exception. The receptionist was lovely and tried to help me suggesting that they
