Over quoted once confronted they reduced by more than 50%, they became too big and have to pay overheads so expect inflated costs.

Having never used a plumber in this area before, I wanted to find a reputable company,. I knew I had found them from the off. Allison couldn't have been more helpful from my initial contact - great customer service and communications. The work was actually carried out earlier than advised and the plumber himself was quick, professional, friendly and took all precautions appropriate for the current COVID situation. Electrics seemed to have gone in my boiler and a family member highly recommended Hinckley Plumbing & Heating saying how quick and efficient they were and he was right! The engineer came and was working for about 10 minutes, all he had to do was replace the main fuse. So after nearly a week of no hot water I was so grateful. I'd give more stars if I could!

From the initial contact requesting a quotation right through to the completed job this company has been so professional. Both jobs, a gas fire service and a replacement shower installation, were carried out in the most professional way. I was completely bowled over by the shower replacement which had involved removing wall tiles and re-tiling. The admin staff have been both efficient and speedy in their responses. A job well done!
