Abysmal company to deal with! I was approached by a salesman in October 2020 who said I ticked all the boxes for solar heating via the green homes grant, he went round the house taking photos so he knew which direction my roof (SOUTH) was facing and my loft was converted into an annex. My voucher was issued in January 2021 I had no communications for months until the voucher was about to expire. I was told to renew the voucher and I will be contacted soon. The voucher was about to expire, again and was told to renew it. When my voucher was due to expire for a 3rd time I was told that there might

Sophie in the office, while trying to book a time slot for the visit and not being able to arrange a suitable time for me and contractor decided to say "I'll just book it in for sometime next week and if we can attend we will, if not we won't" and hang up. Poorest customer service ever!

New boiler radiators etc fitted yesterday. The Renuvo men worked solid all day. Excellent job. Super clean, friendly guys, couldn't be more pleased.

Went on holiday at end of July beginning of August were due to have new boiler and radiators fitted was asked to leave key with the workers to do this when we returned everything was installed with a lovely note hoping we had a great holiday no faults place was spotless all mess they had made had also been cleared up excellent service
