Just contacted this company 2 years after purchase for some assistance when doing a vat reclaim and Charlotte was super helpful in assisting me. We recently had UFH put in our extension. The parts being supplied by Luxusheat. (Not the installation ). We had a few problems with the instalment and to try and get to the bottom of this, i rang Luxusheat. One of the directors James came out to see me and was very informative and quick to show me and explain where the problem was.I now just have to get a plumber in to finish the job, so it works efficiently . Thank you for your professionalism .
