Property transactions are rarely easy at the best of times but when the September stamp duty deadline is added to the mix the process becomes even more intense. The professionalism and approachability of the entire Westerham team impressed us. In our particular case, Linda Taylor's contribution as the Progression Manager was particularly valuable. Patience, understanding and calmness are prerequisites for her job to smooth potentially troubled waters. My wife and I feel fortunate that the property we have bought was marketed by James Millard.
